Many of my clients not only want to lose weight and improve their fitness, they also want to learn how to make healthier lifestyle choices.

 

Having been trained in natural health, wellness, nutrition and lifestyle options I can help by:

 

  • providing extra motivation and encouragement to complement the advice that your dietitian, nutritionist or doctor has given you

  • designing and implementing exercise programs to reduce fat, increase muscle mass and tone

  • being available to discuss healthy nutrition, dietary changes and weight management strategies

 

 

Activities include:

  • Discussing current eating habits

  • Learning about Kilojoules (KJ)

  • Investigating alternative food choices

  • Exercising in metabolic zones

  • Developing exercise post-oxygen

       consumption (E.P.O.C.) strategies
