Start Me Up Performance Training takes your training to a higher level. 

 

Performance training is for already well-conditioned individuals who wish to challenge themselves beyond their normal training regime. They may have a specific area they want to focus on or simply increase their competitive edge with a specific goal or event in mind.

 

Several of my elite athletes compete in sport/athletics at State and National Levels and come to me for performance training in the months prior to those competitions.

 

I supply all the equipment and sessions usually take place at a nearby park or sports facility.

 

 

 

Activities include:

  • Speed and agility exercise

  • Plyometric exercise

  • Weighted resistance exercise

  • Strength and power exercise

 

Duration: 1 full hour
