Group Training

Group Training is a fun way to get in some exercise and get your friends involved too.

 

The group sessions are private training sessions for you and your friends and one member organises the participants and 'owns’ the group. You can tell me the types of exercise you want or, as most groups do, you can leave it to me to provide a variety of exercises that meet the group’s needs.

 

I supply all the equipment and sessions usually take place at a nearby park or sports facility.

 

 

Activities include:

  • Circuit training

  • Aerobic exercise

  • Strength training

  • Functional training

 

Duration: 1 full hour
