As a certified strength and conditioning coach I develop and implement safe and appropriate sports-specific programs to improve the performance of individuals and team sports athletes at an elite level.

 

 

 

Activities include:

  • Resistance training

  • Strength training

  • Stretching and mobility exercises

  • Speed and agility training

  • Injury prevention, management

       and rehabilitation

  • Recovery training

  • Warm up/warm down sessions

 

I supply all the equipment and sessions usually

take place at a nearby park or sports facility.
